Join our dedicated team of care professionals who deliver high-quality support services to individuals with special needs. As a passionate Personal Carer and Community Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing tailored assistance with daily living tasks, promoting independence and enhancing the overall well-being of our clients.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact in people's lives while working in a fast-paced environment. You will be required to:

  • Provide personal care services including bathing, toileting, and showering
  • Assist clients with special needs in engaging in activities such as swimming and brisk walking
  • Work closely with clients to understand their preferences and develop personalized support plans
  • Participate in regular training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A strong passion for delivering high-quality care and support services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • A Working with Children Check (Blue Card) or willingness to obtain one
