Key Role: Rehabilitation Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate rehabilitation consultant to join our multidisciplinary team at Altius. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting injured workers to return to work.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Complete return to work case management for injured workers under the WorkCover scheme.
  • Provide holistic support to help restore an individual's highest level of functional performance through relevant assessments.
  • Deliver vocational counselling and facilitate interventions, well-being programs, training, and upskilling.
  • Collaborate and liaise with individuals, employers, medical, and other allied health professionals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • AHPRA registration as a Provisional Psychologist (5+1 or 4+2 internship) supported by a relevant qualification in Psychology or ASORC membership as a Rehabilitation Counsellor supported by a relevant qualification in Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling.
  • Current drivers' licence and reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance.
  • Current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check.
  • Full working rights in Australia.
