Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team of allied health professionals. The ideal candidate will be passionate about empowering individuals to regain their independence and achieve their goals in life and work.

This role involves assessing clients, developing effective rehabilitation plans, and implementing intervention programs that improve functional performance, independence, and work capacity.

The successful candidate will have the ability to engage with clients, stakeholders, and medical practitioners to achieve successful outcomes. They will also possess the necessary qualifications, skills, and experience to excel in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments and develop rehabilitation plans that address client needs and goals.
  • Design and implement intervention programs that improve functional performance and independence.
  • Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and medical practitioners to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Empower clients to take control of their recovery and achieve their wellness and work goals.

Essential Qualifications and Skills
  • Qualifications and registration in Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology (AHPRA, ESSA).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a community setting and have a valid driver's license.
  • Current Working with Children Check and Police Clearance.
