Job Overview

We are seeking individuals with a strong work ethic and problem-solving skills to join our team. The role involves working across different equipment and machinery, handling tasks such as stacking, wrapping, strapping and grading of timber products.

This is a full-time day shift position on a permanent basis. We are currently working a condensed 4 day week, Monday to Thursday, with regular breaks in between.

The starting wage for this position is $28.01 per hour plus superannuation and paid overtime as required.

Main Responsibilities
  • Ongoing work with timber including grading, stacking, sorting and strapping.
  • Ad-hoc plant duties to ensure the smooth running of operations.
  • Inventory management
  • Continually maintaining a clean and tidy work area.
About the Role
  • You will have a strong commitment to safety in the workplace.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing or manual handling is highly desirable.
  • A positive attitude is essential.
  • You must be reliable, punctual and have a focus on the quality of your work.
  • Have demonstrated experience of successfully working in a team.
  • We are seeking someone who is physically fit and able to manually handle various sized timber sections.
