Job Title:

Timber Frame & Truss Detailer

">Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Detailer to join our team. As a Detailer - Timber Frame & Truss, you will be responsible for accurate detailing and estimation of quantities for clients within agreed time frames for the supply of Frame, Truss and Floor Systems.

You will work closely with the wider network across NSW, QLD and VIC, collaborating with well-established sites across Australia.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Detail and estimate Timber Frame, Truss and Floor System projects for new and existing clients.
  • Provide designs for timber frames, trusses and floor systems using software such as Pryda and CAD.
  • Build relationships with Account Managers and deal directly with clients within the residential construction industry.
  • Report to the Detailing Co-ordinator and collaborate with the wider team to deliver accurate results within required timeframes.
">Requirements:
  • Knowledge of building industry codes and products.
  • Previous building experience.
  • Knowledge of engineering/drawing programs (Pryda or AutoCAD).
  • Ability to read and interpret building plans and to work in a team.
