Senior Practitioner - Mental Health Services
Job Description:We are seeking a Senior Practitioner to join our team in delivering non-clinical, assertive outreach and psychosocial support to individuals following a suicide attempt or crisis. As a key member of our mental health services, you will collaborate with government and non-government organisations to coordinate clinical and non-clinical care.
The successful candidate will provide direct mental health care, clinical leadership to nurses within the team/unit, and coordinate and lead allocated projects/standards that contribute clinical expertise to improve consumer care.
