Lead Retail Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our retail store and café, as well as new catering, venue hire, and event partnership initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive business growth by developing and implementing effective inventory management strategies and product development plans.
  • Manage front-line staff to maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all visitors.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver exceptional visitor experiences, driving sales and improving operational efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and diversifying revenue in a customer-facing environment.
  • Significant retail management experience and highly developed communication and negotiation skills.
  • Able to build and influence networks, with persuasive abilities and capacity to drive results.
Working Conditions:
  • Permanent full-time role (1.0 FTE).
  • Availability to work Sunday through to Thursday.
