About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Business Insights Specialist. You will play a key role in supporting the management of a significant commercial property portfolio, focusing on financial modelling, feasibility studies, and asset performance analysis.

You will be responsible for preparing timely and accurate reports and financial models to inform investment decisions and strategic asset planning. Additionally, you will support the budgeting and forecasting process, assist with cash flow forecasting, working capital analysis, cash flow reporting, and financial modelling.

You will also prepare and model feasibility for future projects, analyse and assess investments to identify potential opportunities, undertake financial and commercial investment evaluations, and deliver financial, tenancy, and lease analysis on all aspects of commercial sites.

To succeed in this role, you will require a strong understanding of corporate finance, asset management, and commercial analysis, including valuations and modelling. A tertiary education in Commerce, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field is essential, along with 3+ years of experience working within a similar role in the Property sector.

A highly analytical individual with strong commercial acumen and project management skills is required. The ability to partner effectively with internal and external stakeholders, build rapport, and influence to deliver business outcomes is critical to success in this position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare timely and accurate reports and financial models;

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary education in Commerce, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field;
  • 3+ years of experience working within a similar role in the Property sector;
  • Strong understanding of corporate finance, asset management, and commercial analysis, including valuations and modelling;
  • Highly analytical individual with strong commercial acumen;
  • Strong project management skills;
  • Able to partner effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
