Estimated salary for this role: $32.56 per hour + superannuation

Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Carer, providing personal care and social support to our clients. You will be responsible for performing tasks such as showering, feeding, toileting, and assisting with oral medication. You will also provide social support, accompanying clients to appointments and outings, and domestic assistance, including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.

We are looking for a compassionate and empathetic individual who is able to build strong relationships with our clients and their families. You will need to have a reliable car and Australian driver's licence, and be vaccinated against COVID-19. A Certificate III in Individual Support is highly regarded, but not essential. We can provide training and support to help you achieve this qualification.

Requirements:
  • 12 months' personal care experience required
  • Certificate III in Individual Support highly regarded
  • Vaccinated against COVID-19 (2 doses)
  • Reliable car and Australian driver's licence
