The Role

We are seeking a Senior Property Manager to join our Brisbane office, providing leadership and management support for a portfolio of properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, excellent communication skills, and a self-motivated approach to their work.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct inspections and manage prospective tenant applications.
  • Process lease-related paperwork and manage marketing listings to generate enquiries.
  • Routine inspections, including entry and exit checks.
  • Manage end-to-end property management tasks.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A well-presented and customer-focused approach.
  • Self-motivation and a proactive attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in senior property management roles.
  • A QLD Certificate of Registration, QLD drivers' licence, and reliable vehicle.
