Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled midwife to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. As a midwife with this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive prenatal, delivery, and postnatal care to patients.

Your key responsibilities will include conducting routine assessments, monitoring the health status of expectant mothers and newborns, educating patients on pregnancy, childbirth, and infant care, and assisting in the development of individual birth plans.

You will also be expected to implement evidence-based practices and protocols, collaborate with obstetricians and other healthcare professionals, and maintain accurate patient records.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Midwifery or equivalent qualification recognized in Australia.
  • Current registration with AHPRA as a midwife.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
