Job Overview:

Senior Landscape Architect

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead our landscape architecture team in delivering impactful projects that make a difference in communities.

  • Lead and manage diverse projects end-to-end, from concept through to delivery.
  • Closely collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal design disciplines.
  • Maintain hands-on involvement with project documentation in Revit, supported by other Landscape Architects, Graduates, and Technicians.
  • Mentor and support less experienced team members.
  • Deliver high-quality design outcomes across various sectors, including education, community, and urban environments.
  • Contribute to a positive, supportive, and high-performing team culture.

About You:

  • Degree in Landscape Architecture or equivalent field of study.
  • 5+ years' experience as a Landscape Architect, with strong skills in design and documentation.
  • Proficiency in Revit (or readiness to apply skills).
  • Excellent project management, client liaison, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to lead projects while remaining hands-on in design.
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and suited to a small team within a larger organization.
  • Passion for creating functional, sustainable, and meaningful spaces.
