Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned project management professional to lead complex physical infrastructure and telecommunications projects.

  • Manage the delivery of multiple physical infrastructure projects simultaneously, including fibre optic network deployment, data centre upgrades, and exchange rebuilds.
  • Oversee the full project lifecycle, from design and construction to testing and final handover to operations.
  • Monitor project finances, including forecasting, tracking, and providing regular status reports.
  • Coordinate and lead internal resources, third parties, and external vendors.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and interdependencies.
  • Maintain strong relationships and communications with all stakeholders.

This role is focused on delivering large-scale, hardware-based projects that meet business objectives.

Required Skills & Experience:
  • 5-10 years of experience in technical project management, with a focus on fibre optic, cable, and construction projects.
  • Proven experience with physical infrastructure, network facilities, data centres, and exchanges.
  • Demonstrated experience managing vendors (both onshore and offshore).
  • Experience in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
  • A PM certification is preferred.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and financial management skills.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, ensuring successful project delivery.
