We are seeking an experienced and dedicated professional to oversee the day-to-day operations of our clinic.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a diverse team of veterinary professionals, providing guidance, support, and inspiration to ensure exceptional patient care and workflow efficiency.
  • Coordinate rosters, process payroll, and manage recruitment to maintain a skilled and motivated workforce.
  • Provide administrative support, handle reception duties, and participate in after-hours service coordination.
  • Contribute to hands-on nursing duties, including surgical and medical care, to enhance clinical skills and teamwork.
Requirements:
  • Proven leadership experience with a passion for team development and a solid understanding of business management principles.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills to lead within a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities to foster collaboration and drive results.
  • Tech-savviness, with experience in RX Works being an advantage.
  • A background in veterinary nursing is highly desirable but not essential.
