We are seeking a talented Micro Space Merchandiser to join our team at Woolworths Group. As a key member of our merchandising team, you will play a critical role in bringing our BIG W Strategy to life by partnering with stakeholders to build out compelling micro space strategies and exceptional planograms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creation of customer-centric, data-driven layouts and planograms
  • Leading the merchandising vision and multi-year strategy for micro space in our stores, renewal, and new store program across multiple categories
  • Creation of insights and data, demonstrating strong analytical rigor that inform and influence current merchandising opportunities
  • Supporting all queries in relation to merchandising in a timely manner
  • Executing category strategy plans as well as planograms and ranging in-line with Category review timelines

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience in a Micro Space related role
  • Experience in retail/FMCG sector
  • A minimum of intermediate Blue Yonder (Space Planning) capabilities
  • Strong prioritization skills and ability to draw insights from data
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
