We're seeking a talented Micro Space Merchandiser to join our team at Woolworths Group. As a key player in our renewal program, you'll partner with stakeholders to develop compelling micro space strategies and exceptional planograms.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Create customer-centric, data-driven layouts and planograms that drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead the merchandising vision and multi-year strategy for micro space in our stores, renewal, and new store program across multiple categories.
  • Develop insights and data that inform and influence current merchandising opportunities.
  • Support all queries related to merchandising in a timely manner.
  • Execute category strategy plans, planograms, and ranging in-line with Category review timelines.
What We're Looking For:
  • Experience in a Micro Space related role.
  • Experience in retail/FMCG sector.
  • Intermediate Blue Yonder (Space Planning) capabilities.
  • Strong prioritization skills and ability to draw insights from data.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
