Client Services Professional

The Client Services Professional oversees a portfolio of clients requiring custodial and fund services.

This role involves developing partnerships with clients to comprehend their operational and strategic business models, fostering long-term relationships, and taking full accountability for service delivery and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their requirements and expectations;
  • Coordinating service delivery across all products and services to ensure timely and efficient provision;
  • Managing change processes and projects, including automation and standardization efforts;
  • Leading meetings with clients to build relationships, establish governance structures, and update clients on product and system enhancements;
  • Monitoring and managing billing accuracy.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills include:

  • University degree or higher;
  • 5+ years of experience in financial markets organizations servicing clients;
  • Deep understanding of financial products and services, including global custody, fund accounting, and administration;
  • Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills;
  • Effective problem-solving and ability to exercise sound judgment and make effective decisions on behalf of the client and JPMorgan;
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks; and
  • Strong work ethic with a desire to work with a team and willingness to learn the products and processes of the organization.
