About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Visual Effects Supervisor to join our team at DNEG. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional with extensive experience in VFX post-production to take on a key leadership role.

Job Description
As a Creative Visual Effects Supervisor at DNEG, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire production process, working closely with internal teams and external clients to deliver high-quality visual effects solutions. Your expertise in VFX supervision, combined with your ability to provide creative direction and guidance, will be essential in driving our success.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
• Extensive VFX post-production experience, preferably as a CG Supervisor or VFX Supervisor on major films
• Strong creative eye and aesthetic judgment, with a well-developed ability to work with light, composition, cinematic design, and motion
• Full digital, post-production competency covering all cg/asset and comp-focused departments
• Innate sense of composition, light, color, and excellent attention to detail
• Previous on-set supervision experience and comfort working with production shoot areas, including directing, cinematography, lidar, camera, practical effects, grip, art department, production design, model and fabrication & props
• Ability to work to and meet strict production deadlines, often under pressure
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, with financial and budget management competency
• Previous experience working within a global business structure across multiple time zones
• Expert understanding of industry-standard software packages, including Maya, Houdini, Nuke, Unreal Engine, and render engine solutions
