About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager/Coordinator to join our team at Scaffidi Group. As a key member of our Operations Team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning and execution of pharmacy development projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, manage timelines, budgets, and regulatory compliance, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive the development of new pharmacy locations and enhancements to existing layouts.
  • Stakeholder Communication and Management: Develop and execute clear communication plans to keep stakeholders informed about project progress, risks, and changes.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all projects adhere to local, state, and federal regulations related to pharmacy operations, building codes, and health and safety standards.
  • Risk Management: Identify and address potential risks such as delays, budget issues, and regulatory challenges early in the project lifecycle.
  • Vendor and Contractor Management: Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors, suppliers, and contractors, and maintain strong relationships with external partners to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
Qualifications
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in project management, preferably in pharmacy or healthcare settings.
  • Strong Knowledge: Strong knowledge of project management principles, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent Skills: Excellent coordination, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively with diverse teams.
