About the role

You will work in our Southport branch, delivering excellent customer service and product information while undertaking tasks that keep customers satisfied and the branch running efficiently.

  • Provide customer service and product information
  • Quote prices both in person and over the phone
  • Pick orders, maintain shop floor displays, and ensure accurate information is provided
  • Help maintain a safe and tidy working environment
  • Make occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle
Key skills and qualifications
  • A previous experience in retail sales or customer service with a passion for helping customers
  • The ability to use a computer and willingness to learn new systems
  • A clean valid driver's license and flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
