Store Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our retail organization at Kingaroy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving a customer-centric culture and achieving store financial targets and company key performance indicators.

Responsibilities

  • Drive a customer-focused culture by setting an example
  • Develop the talent within your team and drive sales, profit, and productivity by achieving set targets
  • Showcase expertise in visual merchandising by crafting a welcoming and visually captivating atmosphere
  • Efficiently oversee store rostering and expenses while maintaining commercial acumen
  • Manage stock (up to 15kg) in a fast-paced environment ensuring excellent customer service
  • Diligently track store sales performance, recognizing exceptional results and pinpointing opportunities for enhancement - communicate findings to peers and management
  • Collaborate closely with the Talent Acquisition team to identify and recruit dedicated retail professionals

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an Assistant/Store Manager
  • A passion for the retail industry is essential
  • Ability to manage budgets, interpret financial reports, and generate efficient rosters
  • Operational excellence, experienced across stock control & visual merchandising
  • Thrives on energy of a fast-paced environment, inspires, and excites peers
