We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate. If you have a genuine interest in providing exceptional customer service and working in a fast-paced retail environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the store is visually appealing and tidy at all times. This includes maintaining a clean and organized store, as well as being mindful of visual merchandising standards.

You will also provide excellent customer service and experience, which involves engaging with customers, responding to their queries, and resolving any issues that may arise. Additionally, you will administer daily register operations using our point-of-sale system, process transactions, and handle cash and credit card payments.

Other responsibilities include assisting with recovery, stock replacement, and other operational tasks as requested by management. You will work collaboratively with your colleagues to achieve sales targets, manage inventory levels, and maintain store displays.

Job Security:

- Enjoy a flexible casual hour, working up to 12 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

- Occasional OT, weekend and public holiday rates available for extra income.

Competitive Hourly Rates:

- Monday to Friday: from $14.43 to $32.06/hour.

- Saturday: from $17.32 to $38.49/hour.

- Sunday: from $20.21 to $44.90/hour.

- Public Holiday: from $28.87 to $64.15/hour.
