Customer Service Team Leader Position

The role involves managing the daily activities and workload of a team, ensuring service level agreements and performance targets are prioritised appropriately and achieved.

Responsibilities include leading, coaching and motivating the team in an engaging and meaningful way, maintaining quality of contact, compliance and accuracy through quality observation, performance management and timely feedback.

Team leaders will actively search for and recommend improvements, driving positive change in process to deliver improved performance and collective outcomes.

This position requires experience in leading and inspiring a team, consistently delivering to key performance indicators. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be highly effective in workload management and possess solid understanding and passion for the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the daily activities and workload of the team, ensuring SLAs and performance targets are prioritised appropriately and achieved.
  2. Lead, coach and motivate the team in an engaging and meaningful way.
  3. Maintain quality of contact, compliance and accuracy through quality observation, performance management and timely feedback.
  4. Actively search for and recommend improvements, driving positive change in process to deliver improved performance and collective outcomes.
Requirements:
  1. Experience in leading and inspiring a team, consistently delivering to KPIs.
  2. Excellent interpersonal skills.
  3. Highly effective in workload management across voice and written enquiries.
  4. Excellent verbal and written skills.
  5. A collaborative team player who is flexible, able to manage multiple priorities at once, has a high attention to detail and can work autonomously when required.
  6. Solid understanding and passion for the hospitality industry.
  7. Experience in Salesforce and ability to learn new technology platforms.
