Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team and play a key role in the success of our operations.

You will take ownership of this position by providing leadership and motivation to your team while having a significant impact on the day-to-day operational running of the site.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Production Management: oversee production management of the workshop to ensure targets are achieved and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition in accordance with quality expectations.
  2. Quality, Quotes and Vehicle Management: ensure comprehensive and accurate quotes, QA inspections, and vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition.
  3. Customer Service and Stakeholder Management: provide exceptional customer service to all clients and work providers through prompt, professional, and friendly interactions.
  4. Financial Performance and Reporting: ensure the site is operating profitably. Prepare and review P&Ls, budgets, job costings, KPIs, and management reports using tools provided to understand site performance.
  5. Leadership and People Management: oversee staffing on-site and ensure staffing levels and processes are in place. Proactively build and maintain positive work provider relationships.
  6. Safety and Compliance: ensure that the site remains safe by maintaining safety procedures, following policies and procedures, and reporting and addressing incidents or near misses immediately.
