Our Graduate Program provides hands-on experience, essential for a successful mining career, as well as the development of soft skills necessary for exceptional leadership.

About the Program

Our program is designed to equip graduates with industry-leading safe practices, gained from working alongside experienced professionals in the field. Throughout the program, you will rotate through each underground role, developing a deep understanding of what it means to be part of a team and gaining the necessary experience to obtain key certifications.

In addition to your technical training, you will also have the opportunity to hone your project engineering skills in an office-based setting, where you will contribute to optimizing mine processes.

Key Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in Mining Engineering
  • A strong desire to expand practical underground knowledge
  • Previous site experience working underground or open pit
  • Proficient use of MS Office suite
  • Ability to meet all site access requirements (including medical clearance, DAS, NPC, and a valid manual driver's license)
  • The right to work permanently in Australia
