The program involves rotating through various underground roles, allowing you to learn from experienced professionals and gain valuable insights into the industry. You will also have the opportunity to work on projects that optimise mine processes and develop your project engineering skills.

About the Role:
  • This is a permanent full-time position with genuine career progression opportunities.
  • You will receive competitive remuneration, including superannuation paid on all hours worked.
  • Upon completion of the program, you will be eligible to obtain Mine Managers or Underground Supervisor's certificate.
  • Ongoing development will be provided through a role-specific mentor and tailored learning opportunities.
  • Career progression into operational management, corporate pathways, or technical mining streams will be available.
  • You will have the opportunity to work with multiple clients across various commodities and mine sites.

Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Mining Engineering.
  • A strong desire to expand practical underground knowledge.
  • Previous site experience working underground or open pit.
  • Proficient use of MS Office suite.
  • Ability to meet all site access requirements (including medical clearance, DAS, NPC, and valid manual driver's license).
  • The right to work permanently in Australia.

An estimated salary range for this position is between $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
