Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Brand Manager to join our team at Optimal Recruitment. As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing all facets of end-to-end Brand Management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement brand plans targeting both consumers and the pharmacy trade
  • Manage brand budgets and work with Sales Management on Trade / Category Reviews
  • Plan and deliver campaigns across all media channels, including Digital and ATL
  • Implement trade promotional campaigns and provide sales team support and liaison
  • Develop new product developments from concept to delivery and go-to-market strategy
  • Work with in-house graphic designer and digital marketer to create content and campaign materials
  • Work with external marketing and media agencies to manage and execute campaigns
  • Conduct regular brand assessment, product analysis and review of market trends
Requirements:
  • Prior experience as Brand Manager or Assistant Brand Manager, 2+ years
  • Pharmacy and / or Skincare market experience is desirable
  • A passion for skincare with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to translate corporate and brand strategies into clear, specific objectives
  • Execute marketing programs and campaigns based on brand objectives
  • Have a good knowledge of marketing and social media platforms
  • Strong written and oral presentation skills
  • Good communicator with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders, team members and peers
  • Good project management skills with the ability to manage several deliverables at one time
