Job Role Overview

The role of Implementation Specialist is to provide strategic support to our clients in achieving their goals through effective consulting and implementation services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop client-focused solutions by defining requirements, conducting gap analysis, and implementing configuration changes.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design and execute comprehensive project plans that meet both functional and technical objectives.
  • Deliver best-practice solutions tailored to customers' business needs and rules.
  • Ensure timely and successful product implementation and associated services.
  • Communicate effectively with clients throughout the implementation lifecycle, including face-to-face, written, and verbal interactions.
  • Anticipate, identify, and analyze risks, problems, and opportunities, prioritizing and allocating resources for resolution.
  • Apply project methodology, including planning, follow-up, reporting, and quality assurance.
  • Monitor progress against specified criteria and deliverables, developing corrective actions as needed.
  • Demonstrate high levels of customer service across all stakeholders in fast-paced environments.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with colleagues, adhering to company values.
  • Encourage collaboration and skill-sharing among team members.
  • Ensure accurate recording of client issues and activities, along with hours worked.
  • Achieve individual and team KPIs.
  • Drive personal development plans and anticipate potential risks, capturing them in management systems as needed.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to share learnings and drive continuous improvement.
