System Reliability Engineer

We are seeking an experienced System Reliability Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our squad, you will be responsible for ensuring the high availability and performance of our systems.

In this role, you will partner with cross-functional teams to drive the adoption of SRE best practices and tooling across the organization. You will work closely with engineers to identify and address technical debt, develop and implement chaos engineering, demand forecasting, and change management strategies.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in software engineering and system design utilizing Java, Golang, or similar languages. They will also possess excellent understanding of modern software development practices, tools, and technologies, as well as strong DevOps fundamentals.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to drive the adoption of SRE best practices and tooling
  • Partner with engineers to identify and address technical debt
  • Develop and implement chaos engineering, demand forecasting, and change management strategies
  • Improve system resilience, observability, and capacity to handle increasing loads
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
