About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Director (Nominated Supervisor) to join our team on a full-time permanent basis. In this role, you will be mentoring 8 staff members, working 40 hours a week. You will be working on the floor a couple of hours a day to cover staff breaks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Mentor and lead a team of 8 staff members
  • Work on the floor to cover staff breaks
  • Develop and implement educational programs for children from birth to preschool age

Requirements

  • ACECQA-assessed ECT Bachelor Degree qualification in Early Childhood Education
  • Excellent knowledge of the NQS, EYLF, and teaching pedagogy
  • Previous experience in a leadership role as Centre Director is highly desirable
  • Current first aid certificate or willingness to obtain one
  • Valid Working with Children Check
