About the Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team on a casual basis. As an Educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to infants, toddlers, and preschool children.

Our team at Uniting is committed to creating a nurturing environment that fosters children's growth and development. We work in partnership with families and the local community to ensure children feel safe, supported, and secure.

As an Early Childhood Educator, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Aiding room leaders and ensuring children's safety
  • Supporting the ongoing development of the children
  • Participating in all aspects of the daily running of the centre
  • Fostering relationships with families and children throughout the centre
  • Maintaining Work Health and Safety always
  • Facilitating Play Based Learning

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Certificate III in Children's Services (minimum)
  • Understanding of the National Quality Framework and ELYF
  • Current Working with Childrens Check (WWCC)
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Reliable and adaptable team player
