We are currently seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as our second in charge. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to the director of service in delivering high-quality care and experiences for children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in designing and implementing enriching activities tailored to the preferences of the children in your program.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  • Foster strong relationships with parents through effective communication and support.
  • Engage with the school community by attending events and assemblies when necessary.
  • Develop positive relationships with primary school-aged children through play and interactive activities.
  • Contribute to the management and coordination of our school holiday program.

You

  • You possess a genuine passion for working with children and have excellent interpersonal skills.
  • You are a strong team player with excellent problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
  • Prior experience in before and after-school care or education is advantageous, but we offer comprehensive training and support.
  • You excel in written and verbal communication, enabling you to build strong relationships with colleagues and parents.
  • You are seeking stable, permanent part-time hours - up to 25 per week.
