Job Role

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Cook/Chef to lead daily kitchen operations and food production. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art kitchen, catering to up to 300 guests.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning menus, preparing food, managing stock and orders, and ensuring the kitchen runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead daily kitchen operations and food production.
  • Plan menus, prep food, manage stock and orders.
  • Handle special dietary needs with care.
Requirements:
  • Trade qualifications in commercial cookery and/or catering.
  • Experience in high-volume food preparation and leading kitchen teams.
  • Strong leadership, teamwork, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • Valid Working with Children Check (or prepared to get one).
