Job Description

We are seeking a skilled technical professional to fill the position of Technical Support Specialist in Sydney, AU.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in integrating CA policies and enrollment along with Mobile devices, as well as knowledge of BYOD and Mobile device management.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Wintel, VMware, Admin Studio platforms and providing end-to-end technical support for IT. They will also manage IT-related tasks and drive accountability, patch servers and user endpoint devices using SCCM and Intune, and create and deploy software packages using Admin Studio.

In addition, the selected candidate will provide technical support for Wintel/SCCM/Intune/Vulnerability, perform routine tasks such as user management, software installation, configuration, and updates across server and end-user environments.

This role requires enforcing security policies, access controls, and compliance requirements across Azure, Windows platforms, and end-user devices. Additionally, the selected candidate will acquire SIPs wherever possible and liaise with application and other BAU and project teams in case of any critical incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Integrate CA policies and enrollment along with Mobile devices
  • Manage Wintel, VMware, Admin Studio platforms and provide end-to-end technical support for IT
  • Patch servers and user endpoint devices using SCCM and Intune
  • Create and deploy software packages using Admin Studio
  • Provide technical support for Wintel/SCCM/Intune/Vulnerability
  • Perform routine tasks such as user management, software installation, configuration, and updates
  • Oversight of project efforts that utilize IT solutions, principles, standards, and best practices
  • Proactive monitoring of system performance, resource utilization, and health metrics
  • Enforcing security policies, access controls, and compliance requirements

Requirements:

  • Mid-senior level experience
  • Knowledge of VMware vSphere, Microsoft Windows Servers, Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, Qualys, SQL/SSMS
