Senior Lifecycle Communications Coordinator

OES is a vibrant and values-led organisation, passionate about enhancing lives through education. We work with university partners, training institutes, and professional bodies worldwide to develop immersive learning experiences.

This role will support the Communications team by driving engagement across all channels. You'll craft compelling copy that resonates with the audience and optimise for each channel.

You will create student-facing communications ensuring content is relevant and aligned with business goals. Writing guidelines will be developed to ensure clarity and consistency in future communications.

You will track campaign performance, focusing on key KPIs and A/B testing to optimise content.

To be successful, you will have:

  • An undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related discipline.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading experience combined with expert language skills.
  • Demonstrated experience within a marketing and/or communications function preferably in a B2C environment.
  • A proven record of delivering end-to-end customer communications.
  • Experience developing customer communication strategies and creating channel plans.
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or a similar platform.
