About the Role

As a Digital Product Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in elevating REDARC's connected product ecosystem to the next level. You will work closely with the Mobile Apps Development team to determine and implement the REDARC Mobile App delivery on a Flutter-based platform.

You will develop a comprehensive understanding of REDARC's products and how they integrate to provide a seamless customer experience. Your passion for automotive electronics, 4x4, caravanning, or home automation will be beneficial in delivering exceptional results.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Proven track record of successful project delivery for mobile apps
  • Demonstrated business analyst experience, particularly in needs elicitation
  • Experience in mentoring or team leadership
  • A logical and clear communication style that fosters confidence and certainty within the development team
  • Experience working within quality standards such as ISO 9001

Requirements and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • An engineering degree in computer software design or equivalent experience
