About the Role

The successful candidate will play a key role in the development of REDARC's mobile app, integrating cutting-edge technology with existing product lines. This includes collaborating with the Mobile Apps Development team to establish clear requirements and working closely with Systems Engineering to align needs across product systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality mobile apps on time and within budget;
  • Elicit needs from Product Managers and stakeholders through effective communication and negotiation skills;
  • Mentor and lead teams to achieve project goals and objectives;
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards such as ISO 9001;

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Software Design or related field, or equivalent experience;

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
