Senior Research Manager Role

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role in research and insights, working with a boutique agency that delivers high-quality research with a focus on impact.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a range of quantitative and qualitative research projects, working across brand, communications, segmentation, influence mapping, and more. They will contribute to big-picture, socially impactful projects with a clear point of view, driving project design and set-up, including input into questionnaires, recruitment screeners, discussion guides, and fieldwork suppliers.

The ideal candidate will have 4-5+ years' experience in quantitative and qualitative research and insights, solid data skills, and proven analysis ability in Q. They will be comfortable juggling shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment and have a strong track record of co-creation and systems thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver on a range of quantitative and qualitative research projects
  • Work across brand, communications, segmentation, influence mapping, and more
  • Contribute to big-picture, socially impactful projects with a clear point of view
  • Drive project design and set-up, including input into questionnaires, recruitment screeners, discussion guides, and fieldwork suppliers
  • Play a key role in analysis, storyboarding, and strategic reporting
  • Take an active role in client liaison, management, and presenting

Requirements:

  • 4-5+ years' experience in quantitative and qualitative research and insights
  • Solid data skills and proven analysis ability in Q
  • Experience in qualitative interviewing and group moderation
  • Comfortable juggling shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Curious, collaborative, and confident working end-to-end on survey-based research
  • Open to stretching into co-creation and systems thinking (if not already experienced)
