Job Title: Brand Ambassador

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Brand Ambassador. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about great beer, enjoys meeting new people, and wants to play a key role in growing a vibrant brand.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position that requires flexible availability, primarily Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend or evening events. As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the friendly face of our brand, representing us at festivals, hosting in-store tastings, delivering fresh stock to customers, and working with the Sales Manager to spot new opportunities and build lasting customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  2. Represent us at off-site events, festivals, and community activations, including transporting products, setting up and packing down sites, and engaging with the public.">
  3. Conduct beer tastings in retail outlets, educating and engaging consumers.">
  4. Maintain and share solid knowledge of both general beer styles and our products.">
  5. Support wholesale sales and marketing activities as required.">

Candidate Requirements:

  • ">
  • Flexible availability, primarily Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend or evening events.">
  • Enthusiastic, engaging, and confident talking about all things beer.">
  • Professional, personable, and approachable.">
  • Highly organised, reliable, and able to manage your own workload.">
  • Strong customer service skills and a 'can-do' attitude.">
  • Experience in hospitality, retail, or beverage sales will be highly regarded.">
  • A driver's license and Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.">
  • Comfortable lifting and moving products.">
  • Confident using basic computer applications for admin and communication.">
  • Bonus points for prior experience towing a trailer.">
