Eating Disorders Service Manager

This is a challenging and rewarding management opportunity for a dynamic leader seeking to make a difference in the lives of individuals struggling with eating disorders.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Ensure the effective operation of the multidisciplinary team by implementing systems and processes that support optimal service delivery.
- Budget Management: Participate in budget allocation and monitoring to ensure the efficient use of resources.
- Clinical Support: Provide clinical advice and support to the broader service system in relation to the management of eating disorder consumers.
- Service Development: Play a key role in leading and supporting service-wide activities, including new initiatives and opportunities.
- Qualifications: A degree in a mental health discipline (Registered Nurse Division 1 or 3, Registered Clinical Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, or Social Worker) and registration with APHRA or AASW.
- Post-Graduate Qualifications: Post-graduate qualifications in management or health administration, or progress toward such qualifications.
- Criminal History Check: Current National criminal history check.
