We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Team Lead to join our Body Image and Eating Disorders Treatment and Recovery Service at St Vincent's Hospital Melbourne.

This is a leadership opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to individuals with body image and eating disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement systems to support the daily operation of the team, ensuring effective coordination of resources and optimal service delivery.
  • Participate in budget allocation and monitoring to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Provide clinical support and advice to the broader service system in relation to the management of eating disorder consumers.
  • Lead and support service-wide activities, including new initiatives and opportunities.
Requirements
  • Degree in a mental health discipline (Registered Nurse, Registered Clinical Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, or Social Worker) and registration with APHRA or AASW.
  • Post-graduate qualifications in management or health administration or progress toward such qualifications.
  • Current National criminal history check.
