Job Title: Insulation Specialist - Western Australia

Altrad Services Pty Ltd is a global leader in providing comprehensive maintenance solutions, specializing in scaffolding/access solutions, protective coatings, and insulation services. We prioritize safety and innovation, delivering high-quality services across diverse projects in Australia and worldwide.

We are seeking experienced Insulation Specialists for exciting projects across Western Australia. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to high-profile projects in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and maintain insulation materials on pipes, vessels, and equipment to control temperature and prevent energy loss.
  • Measure and cut insulation materials to fit required specifications.
  • Apply weatherproofing and protective coatings to insulated surfaces.
  • Ensure all work meets industry standards and project specifications.
  • Inspect and maintain insulation tools and equipment for safety and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals efficiently and safely.
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
About You:
  • Relevant experience in insulation at various levels.
  • Previous experience in the mining & resources industry or similar.
  • Strong understanding of safety practices and procedures in the insulation industry.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly with colleagues and supervisors.
  • Current Working at Heights and Confined Space certifications.
  • Nationally accredited OHS Card (White/Blue Card).
  • Ability to pass a project-specific pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol screen.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive hourly rates of pay ranging between $37.10 - $39.00 (qualification/experience and project dependent).
  • Standard working week of 42.5 – 50 hours, with additional penalty rates offered for overtime, weekend, and public holiday work (site and project dependent).
