YOUR NEW ROLE
As a vital member of the dedicated New Client Support team, you will be the primary professional contact for all new clients reaching out via phone.
Your responsibilities will include conducting an initial 'fact-finding' process (asking pertinent questions), addressing their initial inquiries, making preliminary assessments, assigning the most suitable solicitors to assist them, and organizing meetings between clients and solicitors.
Additionally, you may provide administrative support to lawyers as needed.

WHO YOU ARE
We are eager to hear from candidates who:

  • possess a minimum of 18 months or more experience in a busy phone-based customer service role (e.g., call center, receptionist, client inquiries) across any industry;
  • are genuine 'people' persons with proven exceptional customer service skills, demonstrating patience and empathy (essential);
  • exhibit clear communication skills and a warm, friendly professional phone demeanor with high attention to detail (essential);
  • thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment (essential);
  • possess strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook) and a fast typing/data entry speed (minimum 55-60 wpm);
  • have a genuine interest in the legal field and are eager to advance your career with a top-tier law firm.
