We are seeking a dedicated professional to partner with schools in developing positive school cultures and fostering healthy social relationships within the school environment.

About the Role
  • Establish, build and maintain collaborative relationships with schools, faculty members, and key stakeholders to facilitate program implementation.
  • Consult regularly with school representatives to identify challenges and training needs.
  • Design and deliver workshops, followed by support sessions to manage program implementation requirements.
  • Collaborate with schools to develop frameworks and tools that promote a strength-based, whole-school wellbeing approach to incorporating peer support programs.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • A personable professional with expertise in building and maintaining relationships.
  • Experience working in health and wellbeing or education sectors.
  • Possess qualifications in education, psychology, or social work.
  • Demonstrate ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve results.
  • Passionate about student wellbeing and mental health.
  • Valid driver's license.
