Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute project management strategies using established templates and tools.
  • Ensure project parameters align with clients' agreed-upon needs and expectations.
  • Monitor ongoing projects to guarantee timely execution and completion.
  • Collect and analyze project data to identify weaknesses and address any time-related or budgetary issues.
  • Collaborate with project team members to provide suggestions or solutions for unforeseen challenges.
  • Prepare project status reports for management review.
  • Communicate with clients regarding the status and progress of their projects.
  • Ensure all project strategies comply with company standards and applicable federal laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering or related field of study; Master's degrees are advantageous.
  • 2-5 years of experience in managing complex project, program & portfolio environments in engineering and utilities industries.
  • Deep understanding of project management strategies, processes, and tools.
  • Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Analytical skills and rigorous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, adjusting communication styles based on the audience.
  • Experience working within large and complex organizations.
  • Proactive, confident, and engaging, especially when it comes to executive leadership and large stakeholder groups.
