About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Management Office (PMO) Manager to join our team at Seven Consulting. As a PMO Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of high-quality PMO services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and operate the PMO for large and complex projects, programs, or portfolios.
  • Manage the PMO team and client resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Drive improvements and uplift PMO capabilities to meet client maturity needs.
  • Develop and implement robust processes, manage governance and controls, and refine existing PMO practices.
  • Act as an independent advisor to sponsors, steering committee members, and stakeholders at all levels of the client's organization.
  • Lead, manage, and mentor PMO team members.
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in governance and leadership to drive delivery outcomes.
  • Proven ability to stand up and manage PMOs for traditional and agile-run projects/programs/portfolios.
  • Track record of successfully delivering PMO services for large and/or complex technology programs.
  • Solid stakeholder management skills and ability to influence and drive a strategic agenda.
  • Management of medium to large PMO teams.
  • Experience across Project, Program, and Portfolio levels of PMO as well as EPMO is desirable.
  • Excellent references from previous employers and client sponsors.
