Job Title:

Talent Solutions Manager

We are seeking a Talent Solutions Manager to partner with HR Directors and Senior Executive Service level heads of HR. As a Talent Solutions Manager, you will identify opportunities to enhance their people strategies, build and present solutions, close business, manage the growth of new and existing accounts, and increase brand awareness in the market.

Key Objectives:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and expand existing client relationships
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver innovative solutions to stay ahead of the competition

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in a sales environment, with a focus on relationship-building and customer satisfaction
  • Strong understanding of the HR and recruitment industry, with knowledge of emerging trends and technologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
