We are now looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner to support our partnership with our Financial Services client. This is a fantastic opportunity to work onsite with a highly regarded client while also enjoying the flexibility and support of the Harrier team.

What you'll be doing

In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering high-quality talent outcomes for a wide variety of specialist roles across a dedicated portfolio - Workers Compensation. You'll:

• Lead end-to-end volume recruitment across specialist and niche positions within workers compensation
• Work onsite 2–3 days per week at our client's office, with flexible work arrangements
• Partner closely with hiring managers to deliver strategic sourcing and tailored attraction strategies
• Create an engaging and streamlined experience for candidates and hiring teams
• Leverage market insights and talent data to guide decision-making
• Drive continuous improvement projects around D&I, process optimisation, and recruitment technology

Qualifications-What you'll bring:

We're looking for someone who combines operational excellence with a passion for building relationships. Ideally, you'll have:

• Proven end-to-end recruitment experience in high volume speciality roles - Financial Services, Insurance, Allied Health experience would be highly regarded
• Confidence in working with senior stakeholders and providing expert recruitment advice and updates
• A proactive approach to talent sourcing, market mapping, and creating pipelines for future needs
• Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt your style for different audiences
• A continuous improvement mindset and practical approach to solving recruitment challenges
