About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our clinical team at Respect Aged Care. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing safe, competent, and contemporary clinical nursing care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents, adhering to the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) standards.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account the unique needs and preferences of each resident.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery and effective communication.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Current registration with AHPRA.
  • Knowledge of the Residential Classification Scale and Standards for Aged Care.
  • Current National Police Certificate (or ability to acquire).
  • Strong clinical and documentation skills.
  • Leadership skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
