About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse to join our team at Lockhart River Primary Health Care Centre. As a Clinical Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality healthcare services to the community.
Key Responsibilities- Provide primary healthcare services to patients, including general practice, emergency services, and chronic disease management.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of patients.
- Conduct health assessments, diagnose illnesses, and prescribe medications as needed.
- Participate in health education and promotion activities to improve patient outcomes.
- Registered Nurse (RN) with current AHPRA registration.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an acute care setting.
- ALS and PALS Certification (in last 12 months)
- MEC/REC Certification
- Primary Health Care experience
- First On Call Experience
